To request & reserve use of the arena, LRC members are to contact Jena Giroir @ 985-413-9918
ALL participants must sign LRC Release Form/Waiver/Day Permit BEFORE entering the arena. A copy of the LRC Release Form/Day Permit may be printed from our Club Documents page. Hard copies are also available onsite.
Members & Non-members must record their name & include phone number/contact info.
A parent/legal guardian's signature will be required for non-members under the age of 18.
Leave signed copy inside the document holder.
Members reserving the arena will be responsible for collecting signatures for ALL PARTICIPANTS PRIOR to use of the arena and the condition of the grounds after use. The arena must be dragged by approved tractor driver and the grounds cleaned up after each use. If you are not an approved tractor driver, please let Jena know.
ARENA RULES
1. Lafourche Roping Club is not responsible for loss or damage to a person, horse, vehicle, horse trailer, and/or any personal belongings while in transit to/from or while on the show grounds.
2. A current Coggins will be required for ALL horses on the LRC grounds. If a state inspection should occur, the owner/rider should have an original Coggins readily available to provide to the inspector.
3. No glass containers will be allowed on the LRC grounds at any time.
4. Please put your trash in the trash cans provided.
5. No outside food or ice chests will be allowed if the concession stand is open for business. Funds/donations collected from the concession stand or any refreshment stand during an event are allocated towards the end-of-the-year awards for that event.
6. No horses/stock will be allowed by the concession stand or within/behind spectator seating areas.
7. No alcohol is allowed inside the arena. The arena includes the alleyway and/or holding/back pens.
8. No one under the influence or perceived to be under the influence will be allowed to ride or enter the arena at any time.
9. LRC is a family-friendly environment therefore, unruly conduct, disruptive behavior, and/or foul language from a participant/contestant, worker, or spectator (member or not) will NOT be tolerated. LRC reserves the right to ask violators (those who choose to become unruly or disruptive) to leave. If necessary, violators will be escorted off the grounds immediately. Disciplinary actions will be decided by the Board.

Barrel Exhibitions: $ 4/run - or - 3 runs/$ 10
All exhibition runs will be per rider/horse/show
3 runs/$ 10 may NOT be split between riders
